President Trump’s Historic Year of Achievements for Colorado

When Joe Biden left office, he left a legacy of weakness, wokeness, and worry among the American people about our nation’s future. In just over one year, President Trump has turned America around to ensure that the state of our Union is strong, and the future is bright.

Despite inheriting an economy on the verge of collapse, President Trump stopped the bleeding and is getting America, and Colorado, back on the right path.

True wages for workers increased more than $1,100 last year and Americans are reaping the rewards of tax refunds up 15% this year thanks to President Trump and Republicans passing the largest tax cut in history.

The Working Class Families Tax Cut fulfilled several of President Trump’s core campaign promise of no taxes on tips, Social Security, or overtime.

In addition to hardworking folks having more money in their pocket, prices on critical items are finally coming down.

Gas prices that soared to historic highs under Biden are slashed by more than $2 per gallon, with the average price in Colorado now just $2.83.

The American Dream of home ownership, which slipped out of reach for millions, has been brought back within reach thanks to President Trump delivering the lowest mortgage rates in years.

When it comes to investing in your kids’ future, the recently created Trump Accounts are a true game-changer.

Every American born this year will get an initial $1,000 from the government and parents can contribute to these account that operate similar to 401Ks and will allow the next generation to pay for college, buy a house, and get a true jump start on their future.

Colorado families will now be able to invest in the next generation but they will also be able to take care of themselves and older generations because of President Trump’s unprecedented efforts to lower the cost of prescription drugs and modernization of rural healthcare. Republicans’ Rural Health Transformation Program provides hundreds of millions of dollars for Colorado to strengthen its healthcare systems and ensure that no matter your zip code, you have access to affordable high-quality care. 

While politicians have talked about lowering the cost of prescription drugs for years, President Trump did it. He launched TrumpRX to give Americans direct access for lifesaving drugs at a fraction of the cost of what they were being forced to pay previously.

In addition to turning around the disastrous economy he inherited from Joe Biden, President Trump also made our communities safer. He delivered the most secure border in history and deported hundreds of thousands of dangerous illegal immigrants, including convicted murderers, rapists, and career criminals.

As a direct result, we are seeing violent crime across America plummet, including the murder-rate hitting a 125-year low, violent crime in Colorado is down 13%, and Fentanyl overdoses decreased by more than 20% last year. President Trump’s unwavering commitment to secure borders and law and order is a stark contrast to the open borders chaos and crime of the last four years.

In just one year, President Trump made our country safer, stronger, and more secure. Equally as important, he restored patriotism and pride in our nation.
